I ve had account in this bank for a long time . Never had any issues with them until 3 yrs back when I asked for a locker in the branch I have account in . They had locker available so they readily agree asked me to do FD of small amount n few documents . Which I provided . But then nxt day lockdown started. Ok all good nobody is at fault. So around after 6 months I asked them about locker they said I can come n take keys from bank , they said all formalities for locker r complete I can collect keys But whenever I went to bank for keys so called designated person who handles locker was not available . This happened a few times . Even after calling in advance to keep keys available I never got to meet person or get the keys . Then they started with another story that u ll ce to meet the manager as some norms ve changed so i agreed again I never get to meet the manager . Even after calling n asking ge is available n getting a positive response that he is available he was not there n excuses like he just left for a meeting were given n after a few attempts I simply told them I don’t want a locker.
Now after 3 yrs the FD term got over so i got a call from bank that term is complete n i should go to bank n sign the document so i thought of asking about avt of locker so was informed that it is available , i will ve to do a FD or renew that old one n get some insurance plan . Then I went to bank for signing n getting money transferred to my account so i enquired again for locker now they said they ll call n let me know availability n what is required. So today got a call from bank about locker . she was very vague about what is required to do for availablity of locker n requirements n again n again she was like you come to the branch n meet the manager. I m no longer interested in meeting any manager also I ve let go off my old experience but again today when she asked me to meet the manager i really pissed me off so i felt it is necessary to write this review
